How can I check if a specific product is available or search for all related products?

You can easily check the availability of a specific product or search for related products by using our search bar within the header. Simply enter the product name to locate a particular item, or enter keywords like "costume" or "breakfast" to explore all products related to those categories. The search results will provide real-time updates on whether items are currently in stock or out of stock (out of stock items will be pushed to the back.) This allows you to quickly find what you're looking for and plan your purchase accordingly. Happy shopping!

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes, you can! When placing an order, simply enter the address of the gift recipient in the ‘Delivery’ section and your address as the ‘Billing address’.

What is the estimated delivery timeframe for my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order/s has shipped, you will receive an email/s notification containing a tracking number, which you can use to monitor its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and delivery method, typically ranging from 2-10 business days. Please note that products may be shipped separately based on their warehouse location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Express Shipping. However, rest assured that our suppliers priority is to ensure accurate and secure picking and packing of your order. We aim for fast dispatch, with our suppliers working diligently to send out your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, most orders are dispatched within 24-48 business hours after you receive your order confirmation.
