This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from The Orange Trove, operated by M. Digital Connect Pty Ltd (ABN 23674254874), trading as The Orange Trove.

FAST DISPATCH

Our suppliers' priority is to pick and pack your order accurately and securely and dispatch it as quickly as possible. Therefore, most orders are dispatched within 24-48 business hours after you receive your order confirmation.

 

APPROXIMATE DURATION

Please allow 2-12 business days for delivery (this does not include order processing-see below) depending on your location and delivery method. Note that products may be shipped separately depending on their warehouse location. Our suppliers are located throughout Australia, with most stock held locally, ensuring efficient shipping times regardless of your location.

PLEASE NOTE: 

During peak seasons, public holidays, or postal service interruptions, such as extreme weather there may be an increased dispatch and delivery duration due to a high volume of orders or limited service. If you have any concerns, please refer to our  Contact Us page.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer shipping services exclusively within Australia and do not provide international shipping. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.


*SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 

Unfortunately, we do not ship to a Post Office Box. Please use a physical address when placing an order. Our suppliers do their best to offer Australia-wide shipping, however, some postcodes in remote areas of Australia are undeliverable for some items, therefore, if an undeliverable postcode has been provided you will be issued an invoice for additional shipping costs if the order can be delivered.


ORDER PROCESSING, CONFIRMATION, AND TRACKING

All products are subject to availability at the time of ordering/processing.

Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays) for processing after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email/s notification once your order/s has shipped, which will include a tracking number.

Kindly allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Once provided, we strongly encourage you to check your tracking updates regularly to stay informed about your delivery's progress. 

Unfortunately, delays or issues during or before transit can occasionally occur. Monitoring your tracking information ensures that any potential problems are identified and addressed promptly.

If you notice any concerns or unexpected delays, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the matter.

PLEASE NOTE: 

While we make every effort to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we cannot guarantee availability. If a product becomes unavailable or discontinued at the time of ordering/processing, you will receive an email notification, and a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.


CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO ORDERS 

Please review the contents of your cart carefully before placing your order, as orders cannot be changed or amended once placed. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address or would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Depending on the stage of processing, we may be able to assist you in updating the address or canceling the order entirely.


PARCEL COLLECTIONS

In the event that no one is home when your parcel is out for delivery with Australia Post or any other delivery partner, and there is no safe place to leave your parcel or you have requested a Signature on Delivery (if applicable), you will receive a collection notification or a ‘sorry we missed you’ card from your local post office with details about collecting your parcel. Please pick up your parcel on time to ensure it does not get sent back or lost in the system. If packages are sent back to our suppliers, we will refund you the item cost excluding the shipping charges incurred.

PLEASE NOTE: 

If you fail to collect your parcel on time from the collection point, M. Digital Connect Pty Ltd T/A The Orange Trove holds no responsibility for the retrieval of your parcel or covering any costs to track or replace missing parcels.


DAMAGED ITEMS AND OTHER ISSUES

Please ensure that you check all your details before confirming your order. Your address must be accessible to courier drivers, and if no shipping instructions are left, someone should be available to receive the package. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by freight companies or if the package goes missing once delivered. Also note that you are responsible for the order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damage, faults, or incorrect items. SENDING ORDERS AS A GIFT, GIFT WRAPPING, AND GIFT CARD INFORMATION 

You can send an order as a gift by simply entering the address of the gift recipient in the ‘Delivery’ section and your address as the ‘Billing address’ when placing an order. However, we do not offer personalisation of cards or gift wrapping.

At 'The Orange Trove', we wholeheartedly emphasize meaningful gift-giving through thoughtful and interactive practices. We encourage the sender to read our Overview “The Gifting Trove – Enriching Experiences” as we briefly outline the key to selecting ‘The gift that keeps on giving. We also highlight the importance of greeting cards in cultivating lasting connections. Moreover, as we firmly believe in the importance of greeting cards and encourage thoughtful consideration and personalisation from the sender, along with heartfelt or joyful messages and attention to detail, our commitment to this fundamental belief guides our decisions and aligns with our core values. This is why we maintain the choice to abstain from providing personalisation of cards or gift wrapping. Our firm belief is that this principle allows the sender's sincere intent, heartfelt message, and personal touch to remain at the core of the gift-giving experience across all our products at 'The Orange Trove', regardless of our ability to offer such services.
