Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a smooth and convenient Return & Refund Policy to ensure you peace of mind. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your options and how to proceed.

 

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that items received are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us as soon as possible after receiving your order, ideally within 14 days. For products with natural wood features, please note that the product is only considered defective if it has unnatural marks such as cracks. It is normal for natural wood featured items to have variations in pattern, texture, and feel, and these natural variations are not considered defects. Additionally, minor imperfections that do not affect the performance or functionality of the product are not considered faults. Damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, or modification will not be accepted. Any complaints regarding faulty, damaged, or not as described goods must be accompanied by clear photos, and we will arrange the most suitable resolution for our customers.

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and does not replace or limit those rights. Please note this policy specifically pertains to returns and not warranties; warranties may differ where applicable

PLEASE NOTE:

We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by postal services or freight companies, or if the package goes missing once delivered. Also note that you are responsible for the order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. If any goods are received damaged or faulty due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving them. Please read our 'Refunds and Exchanges' and 'Important Notes' below to start a return request.


INCORRECT PRODUCTS RECEIVED

Our suppliers work hard to ensure your orders are processed quickly and accurately; however, from time to time, human error can occur. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product upon delivery, please notify us as soon as possible with your full name and order number via our Contact Form on the Contact Us page. We will then get back to you with an action plan.


CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Unfortunately, not all products are accepted due to a change of mind. However, we may consider a return provided that the item is in their original condition, unused, unworn, unopened, with tags and in all original packaging, undamaged, and returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you have any concerns about your specific item, and we will do our best to address them. Kindly be aware that the cost and risk of returning goods are the responsibility of the customer, and processing fees may apply. Please read our 'Refunds and Exchanges' and 'Important Notes' below to start a return request.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Upon assessment, a refund, or replacement will be offered depending on the product, type of return, and severity of the issue. When issuing a refund, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method, minus any associated fees. Please note that refunds may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process. Additionally, the quickest way to receive the desired item is to request a return/refund as soon as possible. Once the return is approved, you can return the current item and make a separate purchase for the new item


TO START A RETURN - IMPORTANT NOTES

Prior to returning an item, you must first contact us and request a return. Otherwise, the item will not be accepted upon receipt. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your product. Please note that returned products will only be accepted in their original condition, unused, unworn, unopened, with tags and in all original packaging. Additionally, for any claims, you will need to provide your full name and order number for the receipt/proof of purchase.

Please include your full name, order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and whether you are requesting a refund or replacement. We will review your request and respond with the next steps, including whether photos or additional information are required.

Please note: Returns must be sent to the supplier’s return address provided. Items sent to our business mailing address cannot be processed.
